We have hosted thousands of nights and will look to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. If you are new to Airbnb, please pay special attention to our house rules to avoid any complications. The Cottage is a a cozy, farmhouse style accommodation—at 600 square feet, it’s best suited for smaller groups—recommended 4 adults maximum , and families with no more than three children, as there is not much space for little ones to play inside. The second bedroom features a queen bed and two stacked twin beds. If you plan to utilize both twin beds during your stay, please notify us so that we can provide you with extra linens. You will be required to separate the beds yourself—please use extreme caution when doing so as to not scratch the walls. There is room in the living room for one of the twin beds. We supply a starter set of essentials for guests, however, if those run out during your stay, guests are required to replenish essentials at their own expense.

The house is suitable for 4 adults or an immediate family of up to 5. No parties, events, or loud noises. This is a quiet residential area - we are on good terms with the neighbors and need to keep it that way. We ask guests to start a load of laundry, begin a cycle of dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and take out their trash upon departure.

Currently we do not accept pets. There is no smoking anywhere on the premises. Minimum of two nights required for booking. We supply a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. for guests. Guests are required to supply their own or purchase more for themselves if they run out). Due to size limitations, there is no standard kitchen table. We have installed a floating table with two bar stools. Guests usually use this or the coffee table for meals indoors, but there is a large table with chairs/benches on the deck which is great for meals in warmer months. For current guests and active bookings, we try to respond to guest questions as soon as possible.
