Quiet neighborhood that has a park with trails right behind the house. This house is 2.5 miles away from the RDU Airport, 20 mins from Downtown Raleigh, Chapel. Hill, and Durham. Perfect Location to really experience the Raleigh Triangle.
Guest Access
The neighborhood is really great and really quiet. It sits right next to trails that lead to Lake Crabtree. You can park any vehicle that is mid-size - sedan in the garage and then a SUV in the driveway.
Good to know
When you drive to the house, you can park in the garage that is connected to the house. The garage can hold any sedan to mini suv. All other cars can be parked in the driveway.
